Accepting all delivery orders
You no longer need to work on several different tablets. All your online delivery orders from food ordering portals, your website and phone orders will be displayed in one view on your dispatcher panel. You will be able to accept them without any delay and estimate the food delivery time to the customer.
Delivery time estimation
The Papu system uses artificial intelligence to collect data from your restaurant to estimate delivery time (ETA) more accurately. This is a necessary convenience for the person taking orders as it reduces the risk of providing customers with an incorrect delivery time.
Assigning orders to drivers
Assigning orders to drivers has never been so easy. Check on the map which delivery addresses are in a similar location and assign them effortlessly to the nearest driver, or let drivers express their willingness to take over open orders.
Control of subsequent stages of delivery
With Papu.io, you control every stage of the delivery process. You can see orders that have not been accepted, those waiting to be prepared and those being delivered. The system keeps you informed of the time left to complete an order. The additional colour coding of orders in green, yellow or red clearly shows what needs to be done now and which orders can wait a while for their turn.
